<p>Our ideal Senior Publicist candidate will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have a minimum of 4-6 years experience in the hospitality, culinary, travel, tourism, restaurant and consumer lifestyle arenas, either having worked in an agency or in-house position.</li>
<li>Must have stellar hotel, restaurant and media references.</li>
<li>Must have experience coordinating press trips and handling luxury accounts/brands.</li>
<li>Must have strong relationships with local, regional and national media contacts and consider reading Food+Wine, Travel + Leisure, Bon Appetit, etc. a favorite pastime.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of the evolving social media      landscape and its impact on PR in addition to familiarity working with online media outlets and blogs.</li>
<li>Must have experience managing public relations campaigns, including management of junior level team members.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written skills a must, a creative approach key.</li>
<li>Experience pitching new business a plus.</li>
<li>Possess a personal passion for a job well done.</li>
<li>Believe that hard work will be rewarded and is looking for an agency that believes it too</li>

Our offices continue to rapidly grow and we’re looking for the “right” candidates, with a strong work ethic, to work on top hospitality and culinary accounts. The ideal candidates should be an enthusiastic PR professional with a proven track record handling high-end travel, hospitality, and lifestyle accounts and for providing clients with top-tier media results locally, regionally and nationally. Considered candidates must be extremely connected with the local and regional media landscape (print, online, broadcast) with a specific focus on travel, culinary, consumer and lifestyle. <p>The Pink Ladies on both coasts will once again be slinging drinks for charity this holiday season.</p>
<p>On Wednesday, December 7th the San Diego office will jump behind the bar for our third annual guest bartending gig with JPR client <span style="color: #ff0099;"><a href="http://www.jpublicrelations.com/clients/nightlife-entertainment/side-bar/"><span style="color: #ff0099;">Side Bar</span></a></span>. 100% of our hard earned tips will support our &#8220;Holiday Adopt a Family&#8221; project with <span style="color: #ff0099;"><a href="http://www.dressforsuccess.org/affiliate.aspx?sisid=62&amp;pageid=1"><span style="color: #ff0099;">Dress for Success San Diego</span></a></span>. Our tips will be generously matched by the amazing team at Side Bar to make the holidays even merrier for our four adopted families.</p>
<p>On Monday, December 12th our New York office will take over JPR client <span style="color: #ff0099;"><a href="http://www.parkavenuetavernnyc.com/"><span style="color: #ff0099;">Park Avenue Tavern&#8217;s</span></a></span> bar for the night as guest bartenders. Funds raised from the evening will sponsor our adopted family&#8217;s Christmas through <span style="color: #ff0099;"><a href="http://www.salvationarmyusa.org/usn/www_usn_2.nsf"><span style="color: #ff0099;">The Salvation Army</span></a></span>.</p>
