Kelsey Tyree, Publicist, adds a fresh perspective to the J Public Relations team. Kelsey came to JPR as an intern and worked on accounts, including The US GRANT, Harrah’s Rincon Casino, FOX Sports Grill and Suite & Tender restaurant.

Before joining JPR, Kelsey gained valuable media & broadcast experience from positions at KPLR and 91X radio. For the past six years, Kelsey worked with the City of San Diego Fire-Rescue Lifeguard Services Division.

Kelsey has a strong background in marketing and journalism. She has developed an acute sense for spotting new trends, as well as a thorough understanding of media industry techniques. Furthermore, her dynamic skill set offers clients innovative and highly effective approaches to generating media attention that will impact their bottom line. During her time at JPR, Kelsey has secured media placements in outlets such as NBC San Diego, PR Week, San Diego Metropolitan, and the Gay and Lesbian Times

Kelsey earned her BA in Broadcast Journalism from Point Loma Nazarene University, where she received top honors and excelled as an All-Conference Volleyball player.
