Calee Brean, Senior Publicist, brings a marketing background and a passion for travel to the JPR team in New York City.
Calee’s love of travel has taken her all over the world from South East Asia to South Africa; her favorite destinations including Rio de Janiero, Brazil and Kyoto, Japan. These experiences have fostered a global perspective that translates into her work for clients, including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Mayakoba Riviera Maya, Willow Stream Spas, YCO, and The Regent Palms Turks & Caicos. In addition, Calee lends her expertise to Brooklyn Winery and Lake Placid Lodge.
Since joining the JPR team, Calee has executed innovative PR strategies resulting in press placements in publications such as The New York Times, Shape Magazine, New York Magazine, Travel+Leisure, USA Today, and The Washington Post.
Prior to joining the JPR team, Calee worked in media in sales and marketing for Surfer Magazine, part of the Action Sports Group. She’s also assisted in the execution of events for brands including Target, Ray-ban, and Havaianas as part of Extra Extra Creative, a division of Paper Communications. Calee has a Bachelors Degree of Science in Business with an emphasis in marketing earned at California State University San Marcos.
