In summer 2011, The Del Mar Highlands Town Center will unveil it’s multi million dollar renovation that will offer guests an enhanced customer experience and a slew of exciting dining, shopping and entertainment options. The renovation will feature an upgraded state-of-the-art luxury movie theater and seven new restaurants, with more to come. Top Chef finalist Brian Malarkey’s highly anticipated Burlap, Rimel’s Rotisserie, Urban Plates, Mia Francesca Del Mar, Davanti Enoteca and Carmel Valley Swirls are among the eateries that will soon open at the center joining The Counter and Taverna Blu, a Mediterranean café. The re-imagined Del Mar Highlands Town Center offers guests an improved, intimate and relaxing atmosphere in which to shop, dine, see a movie, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee in the heart of Carmel Valley.
