Located in Paris’ famed Montmartre neighborhood, Cook’n With Class is an authentically French hands-on cooking school presenting students the opportunity immerse themselves in the joie di vive of the local cuisine. Founded in 2007 by Chef Eric Fradeau, all classes are lead by professional Chefs and allow students the chance to transform into a skilled pâtissier in Baking Class or into a sophisticated scientist by learning the latest techniques in the Molecular Gastronomy Class. Their signature Market classes also allow students to explore the local neighborhood markets accompanied by their culinary instructor, selecting the fresh produce and protein to be later crafted into a four-course meal.
