Opening in fall 2010, Brooklyn Winery is an urban winery, wine bar and private event space with a casual, comfortable atmosphere in the heart of the equally effortlessly cool neighborhood of Williamsburg. Barrel making will commence in October with the arrival of grape varietals from California and New York, with efforts led by resident winemaker Conor McCormack, former winemaker of Crushpad in San Francisco.
Brooklyn Winery will offer barrel-making packages where members can actively participate in the entire winemaking process, learning to crush, ferment, bottle, rack, and taste their own wine.
