Bonnell’s Restaurant opened its doors in 2001 to high acclaim making it the premier restaurant associated with both Fort Worth and Texas. In 2010 Zagat awarded the restaurant a 29 out of 30 on their food scale, making Bonnell’s the highest rated restaurant in Texas. Chef Bonnell has cooked at the prestigious James Beard House in New York and has also been featured on the Today Show, The Early Show, and The Food Network’s BBQ with Bobby Flay. Chef Bonnell has published the cookbook, Fine Texas Cuisine and is currently working on a second cookbook due out fall of 2011
