Opening its doors in November 2007, Hard Rock Hotel San Diego was one of the city’s most hotly-anticipated properties to come into the market in recent years.

JPR was hired in early 2007, months before the actual opening, to help build local, regional and national buzz for the property. A comprehensive PR plan was put into motion, with a focus on the brand’s luxury, cutting-edge elements and chic design, its 40,000 square-feet of meeting and event space, as well as its high-profile restaurant and nightlife partners Nobu and the Gerber Bars.

With a successful grand opening celebration featuring the Black Eyed Peas and thousands of VIP guests, JPR set into motion a successful launch for HRHSD.
